It's good to hear you were able to check the lodging frequency options in the GST Center. Currently, you can choose the lodging frequency for GST as Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually. And then, for the PAYG you have the option to prepare IAS either monthly or quarterly.

1. Click on the GST tab.
2. Click on Settings button.
3. Click on Tax settings.
4. Under Tax withheld for employees (PAYG Withholding), choose lodging frequency either Quarterly or Monthly. 
5. Click on Save.

If you do not see the option, make sure to turn it on and tick the box for PAYG Withholding, to be able to select the correct lodging frequency.
