Hello @Davenport1,

In QuickBooks Online, you can use your bank name or website to connect your account for online banking. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Click Link account.
  4. Enter your bank's name or website.
  5. Type in your login credentials.
  6. Select the account you wanted to connect and choose the created bank account in QuickBooks.
  7. Click Connect.

Additionally, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you connect an account to online banking: Connect Bank and Credit Card Accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Meanwhile, the steps below will let you import or upload the list of your transaction prepared in a CSV file format:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Under Link account, select Upload from file.
  4. Find and open the downloaded CSV file of your transactions.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Map the columns according to the QuickBooks requirements.
  7. Click Upload.

In the same manner, I've also included this article to learn more about how you can upload transactions: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful for the steps in reviewing your online transactions: Categorise and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can always leave a comment below if you have follow-up questions with this or start a new thread if you have any other concerns. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!
