I can see  how important to you and your business to post the FX rate accordingly. However, this is set as default in the program. You'll want to send a product suggestion to our Product Development team. If you consider sharing this one to our software team, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the Gear icon and elect Feedback under Profile.
2. Enter your suggestion. Then, click Next.

Though, you can still change how the amounts are displayed in the system. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Account and Settings under Your Company,
2. In the Advanced tab, click the pencil icon in the Other preferences section.
3. Click the drop-down arrow beside the Number format section.
4. Select how you'd like the numbers to show.
5. Click Save. Then, Done.
