Recurring Transaction FX rate

Hi Quickbook, we set up recurring transactions with USD to HKD rate as 7.8 but it turns out the rate to be 7.7923 slightly off in the entries posted. Can you please advise ?

 

How can we fix the FX rate of the entries posted to be at 7.8?
