Welcome to the Community, @info-regentspark. I'm here to share some details about adding an accountant user to QuickBooks Online (QBO) global account.

 

Currently, the option to add an accountant user for QBO International versions is only available for selected regions.

 

Since you're unable to do so, you can invite your accountant as Company Administrator as a workaround. This will give them access to every part of the QBO account. They can perform the task a primary admin can do except for editing or removing its access. Let me guide you throughout the process:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Manage users.
  2. Next, select Add user.
  3. From there, click Company Admin.
  4. Then, enter the user’s name and email address and click Save.
