How I can subscribe without problems?

I signed up for two accounts as free trial and in the first day I subscribed for 3 months and the money checked out from my credit card but there is a problem prevent me to sign in to any of my two accounts!

I contacted the support team and they said will resolve the problem but still 14 days I am waiting and no email I received to resolve this problem!

So what I can do now?
