Hi @dronak-d,

 

Welcome to the Community. I can share some clarification regarding renewing the QuickBooks account.

 

I want to be the one helping you with the activation. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to process the renewal is unavailable.

 

If you're having trouble with the process, I recommend using the Start a chat feature from the Help menu. They can securely access your account and perform the necessary actions on your behalf.

 

Our Customer Support Team is available from 9:30 AM - 6 PM IST (Monday - Friday). Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat.
