One QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is for one company file only that why you need to have a separate subscription to accurately track your business.
For detailed instructions on how to subscribe to new one, please refer to these steps:
- In your browser, enter this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/, then select your country.
- Choose the appropriate product. For example, Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus.
- Select Start Free Trial or Buy Now.
- On the next screen, you’ll get the option to either continue to create a free trial or buy now for a discounted price.
- Since you already have an account with Intuit, select Add another company.
- Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
- Choose Add new company.
