Its been very difficult to get in touch with Mandarin speaking people from Intuit and the re-seller in Singapore was the only one where we managed to get some level of support in Mandarin, which is why we are considering to buy from them. I fully agree that a specialized Singapore version isnt what we want (we are not in Singapore...), but in Beijing there seems to be no local support or QB user community available (or at least we havent been able to find it yet).
