Here's how to start a course and take an exam to get certified:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Go to ProAdvisor.
3. Select Training, then select Start learning. You will automatically be signed in to the ProAdvisor Academy via a new tab.
4. After you pass your certification in ProAdvisor Academy, sign in to Credly.
   Note: To accept your badge, use the same email address you used for your certification.

To print ProAdvisor training certificates, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ProAdvisor Academy account.
2. Navigate to the section where your completed courses are listed.
3. Locate the specific course for which you want the certificate.
4. Click on the course title to access the details.
5. Look for the option to Download or print your certificate.
6. Follow the prompts to save or print the certificate.
