I'm delighted to have you here today, @martyn61. Let's work this out so you can get through this situation and access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) company.

 

Before anything else, I want to ensure we're on the page. Can you tell me if you've already performed any troubleshooting on your end? If you haven't, I recommend we perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to get your query sorted out. I can input the process below. To get you started, use the following shortcut keys to access a private browser on your end:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

Once everything is ready, try to access your QBSE company in that private browser. If it works and you can access your company file, you can clear your browser's cache to remove those temporary internet data causing your operation to slow down.
