Hi Gary,

 

Congratulations on updating your ProFile license. It's vital you're able to use the program on your work computer without any issues. Don't worry, I'll be happy to steer you towards the right path with this. 

 

When you get an error message that says "License Error Occurred" after entering your license information, it means that

  • there's a chance that the information entered isn't correct
  • the ProFile version being used may not be the most recent

I'm confident that you've verified the info above on your end. Your time is valuable and I'd like for you to save every second of it.
