I received my 2025 licence to upgrade from 2024.  I did the download and installation..  When Profile is opened, it does not allow carry forward from 24 to 25 but has 23 to 24.  The T3 tab shows 2025.  And support is closed until Monday.

Any suggestions to fix today?
