If you or your clients are based in Australia (AU) and use QuickBooks Online (QBO) in the AU region, the expert onboarding session mentioned by my colleague above is accessible from anywhere in the world, even while travelling abroad. However, keep in mind that some countries may restrict access to the Intuit website and expert guidance due to government regulations.
