This has been a reported as an ongoing issue with product investigation number INV-113257. Our banking engineers are working with Bank of Queensland team to find and eliminate the root cause of this issue.

 

While we don't have a specific timeline for when this investigation will be resolved, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can add your company details to the affected list of users. That way, you can receive notification once the issue has been fixed and provide you the resolution.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Click on either Assistant or Search option.
  3. Click on Contact Us and enter a short summary of your issue.
  4. Click on Continue.
