Thanks for reaching out to us. You can make your products and services inactive so they will no longer show in reports or when you create sales or purchases.

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Products and services.
2. Find the product or service that you want to make inactive.
3. From the Action column ▼ dropdown menu, select Make inactive.
4. Select Yes.

Please note that you can't make inactive default items like Hours and Services instead you can edit it and put Z at the beginning so they show at the bottom of the lists or reports.
