You'll have to check the account type of the Credit Card account to make sure it is correctly set up. Here's how:
If the set up is correct, we'd recommend checking your bank statement if the transaction is showing correctly as money in or out.
In the meantime, you can exclude the transaction showing as receipts in QuickBooks Online and manually upload a CSV file for the credit card transactions. Here's an article you can check for more detailed information on how to Import Bank transactions via CSV [VIDEO].
