Good day, Stevo_Perth. For now, you're unable to inactivate accounts in bulk. 

 

I'll guide you on how to make an account inactive:

  1. Click Accounting.
  2. Go to Chart of Accounts.
  3. Choose an account.
  4. Click the Account history/Run report drop-down arrow, then select Make inactive.
  5. Select Yes when you receive the message, "Are you sure you want to inactivate this?".

Inactivating accounts in bulk is a good idea. I'll personally share this to our management team. They'll pass this along to our product developers for evaluation.
