So...the sub-account (bank) for the PPP Funding receipt makes sense; however, what offset account do I use in the journal entry to wipe out the debt on the Loan account; the debt was officially forgiven (on paper) March 2021 and received May 2020.  Equity Draw? or Equity Contribution?
