The electronically filed 941's have only been taking a few weeks to process.  I've been getting my ERC refunds from them in no more than 4 weeks.

The paper 941's take much much longer to process.  I sent one for Q2 2020 back in mid-March 2021.  In talking with the IRS just last week my check is being cut this week, which puts it at 7 months since filing.
