1. Log in to your QBO Payroll account.
2. Go to Payroll and tap Payroll Taxes.
3. Scroll down and tap the Archived forms and filings option under the Filings tab.
4. Choose the necessary form and select View.
5. Proceed to printing the form.

It's noteworthy that payroll form archives have a limited timeframe, typically covering only the past one to two years.
