In our office, we have 2 QB users and 2 outlook users. One of us can send invoices and estimates quite fine. The other user's go out as Winmail.dat.

The 'fixes' offered by QB do not work. 

I had a rep tell me it was a 'known' issue and I was to await further updates.

Has anyone come up with a fix and not a workaround?
