Hello @greggindustries ! I wanted to add on to the above agent's response. Browser troubleshooting is a great place to start, but I wanted to ask where in QuickBooks Online you were looking for those timesheets?

I'd recommend first checking in the Weekly Timesheet in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Select + New.
  2. Under Employees, select Weekly Timesheet.

That's the first place timesheets go when exported. From there they can be pulled into payroll, or invoices, etc. If you're looking in payroll and don't see the timesheets, make sure the "Copy hours from timesheets" option is turned on.

You can accomplish this by going to the Gear Icon Menu > Payroll Settings > Time Sheets > “Copy hours from employee time sheets”.

Please keep us updated on how those steps went!
