You can print any previous year's W-2s from when you started using QuickBooks Online Payroll from the Taxes page.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Taxes and choose Payroll Tax.
- Click on Filings and select Archived Forms.
- From the Select the period dropdown, select the year you need and the W-2 form.
- Click on View to open Adobe Reader in a new window.
- Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then select Print again.
