I've spent at least 14 hours over 8 days on the phone with the payroll team, have a 2nd case number now and an open investigation Tonight's 1 hour call yielded no updates, fixes, or any other meaningful information. The back story is, since migrating from QBD 2021 to QBO last week, I get an error message "Something's not right. We're not able to connect right now, but our team is working to get you back up and running. Please try again later"
I've been through every troubleshooting exercise at least 5 times and payroll still will not work. I'm beginning to think this will never get resolved. Is anyone else experiencing the same type of total payroll failure?
