Thanks for checking in with us, LDille and Wendy2551.

As of now, we use the Pin for sending direct deposit payroll. To verify the information received by your employee, it would be best to contact our Payroll Support Team. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. At the bottom, click Contact Us.
  4. From the Dialogue box, enter your question.
  5. Click Continue, then select Get a callback.
  6. Enter the information needed.
  7. Once done, click Confirm my call.

To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, check out our support hours.

If you need to change your pin for processing direct deposit payroll, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Employees menu, then My Payroll Service, then Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in to your Intuit Account.
  3. Go to the Payroll Info section. Under Payroll service PIN select Update PIN.
  4. Enter your old PIN. Create a new PIN and then confirm a new PIN.
  5. Press Submit.

You can always try another method when changing or resetting your PIN. Just refer to this article: Change PIN for processing direct deposit payroll. For more tips and other resources, I recommend visiting our website for future reference: Self-help articles.

Let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else QuickBooks. I'll be more than willing to answer them. Take care and have a good one.
