This is absurd! I have employees in multiple states and countries that need to get paid but I can not pay them even though I am paying to use QBO Payroll (their solution: run payroll the Friday prior to the Friday of payroll, or spend money to get paper checks for employees that you can process through QB). They set an arbitrary limit on what we are allowed to spend every 6 days and while I would love to automate all my payments through QBO I can not because we have single payments higher than our 6 day DD limit. I do not have time to wait 5 days for QB to decide that I can spend the money in the business account. I will be looking into Gusto as well as my partner uses it with no issues and way less headache.
