Still, you can create a journal entry to record or handle the amount. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Company menu at the top. 
  2. Select Make General Journal Entries
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Enter all the required details.
  5. Click Save.

 

Also, I'd suggest consulting an accountant to make sure you'll be posting them to the correct accounts. If you're looking an accountant, you can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Find-a-ProAdvisor website.
  2. Enter the specific location, service you want them to help you, and your supported product.
  3. The system will then automatically generate a ProAdvisor.
