So I was told by your tech support person that my Quickbooks 2019 is outdated and will no longer do payroll updates, EVEN THOUGH Quickbooks 2019 was supposed to be supported through May 2022. So the only way to fix this error (caused by Quickbooks) is to upgrade to QB 2022 and lock myself into a yearly subscription fee every year I wish to use this product. I AM OUTRAGED!!! This product had an "expiration date" of May 2022, and it is only February. He also told me my paychecks will not be received and processed. So basically they are holding people hostage even before the expiration date to force them to upgrade.
