Let's make sure you'll be able to send an invitation to one of the couple (husband) who is using the same email, LJSines.
Once you sign up in QuickBooks Workforce, an employee must have a different and unique email address. This is for security purposes and to make sure one can view the paystub without issues. You'll want to inform the husband to use a different email address for his pay stub. To let them change the email address, you can let them log in to their QuickBooks Workforce account and update it from there.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account Settings.
- Click the edit icon beside Email Address.
- Enter your new email address and verify your current password.
- Select Save. A confirmation will be sent to your new email address.
