Good day, @MyBuddy.

Let me help you proceed to change the amount of your withholdings. To begin, here’s how:

  1.  Go to Payroll menu and then select Employees.
  2. Click the name of the employee, then click the Pencil icon beside Pay.
  3. Go to Step 2 or the part where the employee’s withholding or W4 are set up.
  4. Click the Pencil icon underneath it.
  5. Change the amount in the Extra withholding field.
  6. Once done, click Save.

You can also check this article about how Edit or Change Employee info in Payroll.

To add up: When running payroll, you have an option to click the Pencil icon beside the Net Pa. You can then set the amount you want on a paycheck.

To wrap this up, I’ll be leaving these articles for future references.

As always, feel free to post here again if you need help with your QuickBooks concern.
