Buy nowThis post was almost correct if you are having trouble with Quickbooks crashing when trying to align the printing of your 2021 1099-NEC.
Under the File tab go to Printer Setup.
Then pick Form Name - go to 1099/1096's at the top of the column.
Choose Align and change the alignment. For me, I had to go Vertical 15+ (more than I thought I would need)
Click OK, another window comes up click OK again. DO NOT try to print from the alignment box - it will make the program crash.
Go back to the original print/efile 1099-NEC pages and print from there.
