Good to see you on this thread, @Albertj. I'm happy to walk you through printing W2s.

When printing W-2, the steps to print depending on your choices. If you chose to have us pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes for you, or if you opted to pay and file them yourself. 

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll, here's what you'll need to do:

1. In the left menu, click Taxes.
2. Go to the Payroll Tax tab.
3. In the Forms section, select the Annual Forms link.
4. Choose either All Employees or specific employee name from the drop-down menu provided.
5. Click the W2, Copies B, C, & 2 link. It takes you to the Printable Employee Copies: Form W2 page.
6. Choose the appropriate period from the drop-down menu.
7. Click View to launch Adobe Reader in a new window.
8. Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar.
9. Click Print again.
