Once done, you can follow these steps on how to change your W-2s and 1099s company address. Here's how.
- Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Select Payroll Settings.
- Click the General Tax Information link under Taxes.
- Edit your company address and click OK.
Once done, you can now file your W-2s and 1099s whenever you're ready.
