We'd really want to have this sorted out so you can print 1099 successfully. Have you tried the steps provided in the earlier responses? 

If so, and you're still getting the same issue even after following all the options in the article, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team.  They'll take a closer look at this to determine what's causing the issue. 

Here's how to reach them:

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect. Phone support may be limited due to volume.
