I'm here to share some insights about setting up employee information in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, @sharon108.

 

Yes, you're correct. The employee's home address in their profile is where QBO mails out their W2's. For the time being, you're unable to use a PO Box as an address when setting up an employee's info in QBO. With this, I'd recommend consulting the IRS regarding this matter. This way, you can keep your employee's account is compliant with the agency's policy.
