I'm here to provide you other options to fix your payroll concern.

 

Let's use a private browser to access your QuickBooks Online account. There are times that cache and cookies stored on the browser cause problems when running websites. Refer to these shortcut keys to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, let's clear the cache and cookies of your browser. If not, you can use another supported browser. Possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

 

If the issue persists. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so they can check why you're experiencing this issue. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Unable to Access Workforce in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.

Take note that when logging in to QuickBooks Workforce runs smoothly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (for Mac).
