Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. I appreciate you doing all those troubleshooting steps to process your payroll.

 

I have here some steps that can help you resolve the issue. Also, can you tell me if you receive an error message  sending your payroll? This helps me investigate why it's not working.

 

In the meantime, you can follow these steps to fix the issue:

 

  1. Reboot your computer.
  2. Check your system time and date settings, and change them if they are not set correctly.
  3. Be sure you have the latest payroll update.
