Hi, SeaBkk.

I appreciate you for getting back to us about the  sick and vacation YTD in QuickBooks. I know how crucial being able to correct the YTD payroll.

Let's try to review the setup with the employees to check if there's something that we need to correct.

  1. Click Employees and select Employee Center.
  2. Double-click the name of the employee in the Employees section.
  3. Tap Payroll Info on the left side and select the Sick/Vacation tab at the upper-right corner.
  4. Now, let's check each field to see if there's something that we need to modify to correct the accruals.

If the same thing happens, let's perform the Verify and Rebuild tool to resolve data issues.

  1. Click File.
  2. Go to Utilities, then choose Verify Data.
  3. If QuickBooks detected no problems, there's no further action needed. If you receive a message, "Your data has lost integrity," the file is damaged. Just continue to Rebuild Data to correct the problem.
  4. When you Rebuild Data, you'll receive a message to back up your company file, just click OK. The utility starts as soon as the backup is finished.
  5. Click OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed."
  6. Run Verify Data again to check for remaining data damage.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team to further assist you with correcting your YTD.

Keep me posted if you have additional payroll concerns. I'll be right here to help.
