I appreciate you following up on this thread. 

As mentioned above, this feature to unlock exported time is still in Beta, but you've come to the right place to get it added to your account. I've requested to have the unlock option added for you and it should take about 24 hours to appear on your side. Since your Time account is integrated with QuickBooks Desktop, you'll need to delete the timesheets from QuickBooks Weekly Timesheets to prevent duplication before re-exporting the time.
