I have just been told my an agent - 10am 8/11 - that exporting IFF files can ONLY happen with paychecks and that tax payments can only be exporting to excel files - nor can the support chat people send me an iff file.

This is beyond a joke  it's false advertising and a failure of the entire system. WHY HAVE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE IF THEY GIVE YOU NO ABILITY TO ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENTS?
