Thanks for joining in on this thread and letting us know you're not able to see the "Unlock Exported Time" option from the QuickBooks menu. Allow me to give you some details about this issue. 

This feature is currently in Beta. That means that not every user has this option yet. However, I went ahead and requested it for you and your business. Moreover, you'll be able to see the "Unlock Export Time" selection by the end of the day tomorrow. 

For now, you can cruise on over to this article about unlocking QuickBooks Time timesheets exported to QuickBooks to help your business in the future.
