Is it even possible to see the billing and subscriptions tab as an QBOA user looking in client files? Even when I switch to business view, I don't see it. I told my client I would upgrade their payroll subscription, but it doesn't seem like I can even SEE the tab where I would need to go. I thought I needed to upgrade it from the QBOA side, but that only allows me to upgrade their QBO subscription, not their payroll subscription.
