Forms are available to view or print generally 35 days after the end of each quarter.
Go to the Payroll Tax Center (PTC) from your QuickBooks file:
- Click Employees and choose Payroll Center.
- Select File Forms tab.
- Choose View/Print forms & W-2s.
- Provide Payroll PIN. Select OK.
