Let me share additional information on how you can split your downloaded bank transactions by amount.

 

 Splitting your transactions by amount is ideal for downloaded bank transactions that has fixed amount. I've added a screenshot on how it will look like in QuickBooks Online Simple Start.

 

 

However, if the transaction has a different total amount, it will still follow the specific conditions you set on the rule.

 

Here's how you can edit the rules you set:

  1. Go to the Transactions or Banking menu.
  2. Select the Rules tab.
  3. Locate the Rule you want to Edit.
  4. From the Actions menu, click Edit.
  5. Make the changes you need.
  6. Click the Save button.
