I've got some insights to make sure your employee can access his/her account without delay.
Resetting your employee's Workforce password needs checking of his/her account. I'd love to take care of it myself, however, we're unable to it here since this is a public space for security reasons. With this, I highly recommend reaching out to our payroll support team. They use a specific tool to help you reset your employee's password so he/she can access his/her account.
