Can you also tell us where you did buy the pre-printed 1099 forms? One of the causes of misaligned printed copies if the papers that you're using is not compatible with QuickBooks. You can get a compatible pre-printed kits from this link: https://www.intuitmarket.intuit.com/tax-forms/1099-forms.
If you're already using a compatible paper, I would recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can take a closer look at this and check for more options on how we can sort this out. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Let them know in the description box that you need help when printing your 1099s, then click Let's talk.
- Select between Chat or Get a callback.
