I have another way on how you can view your filed payroll forms or reports. Let me guide you how:
- Go to the Taxes menu, and then choose the Payroll Tax tab.
- Select the Forms tab.
- Choose the Quarterly and Annual Forms section to see the said forms.
You also have the option to print them to keep a copy for future use. To learn more about this, please see this article: View and print payroll forms.
Additionally, you can turn off the auto-filing feature in QuickBooks Online Payroll. This way, you can file your taxes manually moving forward.
Lastly, you can take advantage of the different payroll reports to monitor your business finances.
