Me three...I just spent quite awhile looking all over trying to update the rate as I previously knew how under payroll preferences and could not understand why I couldn't find it for Workers Comp. I'm trying to get all of my clients (and there are several) rates updated before the first payroll run of the year. Does not look like this is going to happen now, beyond frustrating and unacceptable. The only silver lining here is I found this forum before I wasted several more hours on the phone with support...ughhh
