Since the issue persists until now, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to check your account securely and help you figure out the cause of the issue.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. At the bottom, click Contact us.
  3. Click the Search for Something else button, and then enter your concern in the Ask us anything box.
  4. Select Search, and then scroll down to get your contact options.
